Patient Information
Your First Visit
We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
Initial Examination
Your appointment will begin with a review of your medical and dental history, followed by a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any X-rays that may be required.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and findings from your examination, a long-term treatment plan will be customized to meet your smile's needs. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and the treatment options available to you.
Insurance & Payment
At Falls Family Dental, our administrative team is happy to help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your oral health goals.
Insurance Claims
To help relieve any concerns you may have about covering the cost of your dental care, we can direct bill your insurance company. Unsure about what your policy covers? Our experienced administrative staff is here to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. Our dental clinic in Niagara Falls is pleased to accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
